Hello

Sorry it has been so long since I've posted. I have been very busy lately.

On Thursday I got to make Thanksgiving dinner ( :) ) because my mom had penumia ( :""""( ). On Friday we had friends over, and Saturday we had a friend over. On Sunday I finally got a little time to rest :D except that I went shopping with my mom! :D :D Tonight we had a friend over. My school has been long recently, even though I've gotten to cut some things back. I'm glad God's grace covers my little attitude problems. Recently I've been have a lot of trouble with that :"( . But God is and always has been forgiving and loving. On Sunday we visited a church and the Pastor showed a verse that was very fitting. I don't remember the rest of the verse but this part is what struck me (it does every time!) is basicly that even when we fall flat on our faces, God still has our hand clasp TIGHTLY in his. I can't empize it enough. It has really helped me in these past few days.

Tommorow is also busy, I am going with one of my colleagues to a fabric store to get fabric for costumes for our workplace!! I can't wait! I will also be getting crafts so that I can make them to sell. On Wednesday, though, is the BEST of all!!! My oldest brother and his wife and baby are coming in from out west!!! I can't wait!!! I haven't seen my neice since March! And that is way too long, considering that between then and now, she has learned to walk, and talk :(((((((((((((((((((((((( I've missed too much so far :( Oh well, It will be really fun to see them!!! Also coming up we have a friends wedding to go too!!! I don't know if I will be able to post much this month! Any way, I hope I'm making sense because I'm tired and should go to bed!

God Bless you!!!

Good Evening everyone!

Today I am thankful for thrift stores! My mom and I spent the morning browsing through one of our local thrift stores. I had a lot of fun. I love the small town atmosphere where everyone is friendly. In that way I miss living where we used to live in a town of 250. When we first moved to the area we are in now, I really hated it. I did not want to move. I grew up in the north, and suddenly had to move to the south. I didn't like it. I hate the state we lived in. But now that Jesus has been teaching me to be thankful in all things, I have accepted where we live. And I love our area! And I'm slowly adjusting to living in the south, it is really hard though. I don't think I will ever get used to the teasing though. When I'm in the North, I get made fun of for living in the South. When I'm in the South, I get teased for not having a southern accent. Even though I will never get used to the teasing, Jesus has made it so that it no longer stings. I like the saying: "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names could NEVER hurt me." Its so true!

Today I am also thankful for phones. I just had a wonderful convesation with my oldest sister! I've had an awesome time all day. I love shopping with my mom! We also did our Walmart run today! That is always fun!

Have a blessed weekend!

Thank you everyone!

At first when I saw the posts I was like, who are these people. And then I started reading the posts! THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE!! Those posts really made my day!! And thank you especially Hannah! And yes, I have known Hannah since I was knee high to a grasshopper. I met her when I was only 6 months old. I also have the pleasure of sharing her birthday!

Today I am thankful for: My loving, God fearing parents that I love so dearly!!

Recently God has been teaching me to be thankful in everything. I can definately say that it hasn't been easy recently. I am really glad that we don't have to walk through life alone. I know that before I *FULLY* gave my whole life to Jesus that I could not control my temper, I learned to mask it in my face, but I couldn't really conquer it. I told Jesus that he could do anything he wanted with my life. Now, through Jesus's awesome love, I have learned to control it. I mean it isn't even there anymore!!!! PRAISE YOU JESUS!!! I have also learned that it takes time to change your heart from a heart of stone to a heart of flesh (figurativly speaking) but its deffinatly worth the wait!!!!!

Anyway! Have a awesome, God filled day!!!

Today I am thankful for:

Today I am thankful for: good advice! You know, the bible is full of it. For example, "count your many blessings". This is not a commandment, it is good advice. I have found that if you count your blessings, or look for something to be thankful about, then it is easier to be happy. It helps you look on the bright side of life!

What are you thankful for today?
